Portation of line

Your current landline phone number can be transfered and used with JStel service. To transfer your number to JStel network you must apply for a change of provider in our Customer Care Department. We will send you to fill AUTHORIZATION FORM FOR SERVICE Number Portability (NP CAF) and FORM FOR TERMINATION OF CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR CURRENT operator. Your contractual relationship with your current operator will be cancelled during the portation(usually with O2). Please send these documents to the adress of JStel company and we will arrange everything for you. The process of transferring numbers to the JStel network lasts approximately one month. We will inform you about further steps on our info line.
